Petbucket shipped my order right away and sent emails. I knew it ships from out of usa and it takes longer than domestic mail. Customs holds stuff. It did take three weeks to come but I've ordered stuff from overseas before and it JUST TAKES THAT LONG. Thus, i am very happy with the product and service and the Great Prices! I would recommend petbucket to anyone. (Just order in advance.)
